    Return Policy

     

    Returns & Exchanges Policy:

    In-Store Sales:
    All in-store sales are considered final.

    Product Orders:
    For opened product orders, all sales are non-refundable.

    Damaged Packaging:
    Disrupted packaging due to shipping carriers or transit is not the responsibility of D/S. No refunds or exchanges will be permitted. Customers must inspect products upon arrival. D/S addresses solutions for broken products but not broken packaging.

    Defective Products:
    Products are hand-tested and inspected before shipping. We offer replacements for broken items within 2 days of the "delivered" date. Customers are responsible for associated shipping and return label costs.

    Unopened Products:
    For unopened products, a full refund is available within 7 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be initiated upon receiving the returned package.

    Clothing Merchandise Exchange:
    Clothing can only be exchanged within 7 days. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

    Trainings and Courses:

    All sales of trainings and courses are final, and no refunds will be issued once the purchase is completed.

    Shipping Policy

    Once a product is shipped out and noted "delivered" we are no longer reliable for any stolen or lost packages. You will need to contact the delivery carrier directly for any questions or concerns. You may check the status of your order through the confirmation email you received upon placing an order at our store. We will not offer refunds nor exchanges for any stolen or lost packages.
